You honestly can't unlock everything in one fell swoop, but the quickest way to unlock all the characters is play 150cc, all cups, and win every time. As for kart parts, collect as many coins as you can in every race(not saying you should turn around and grab a coin you missed).

The quickest way to get kart parts is by easy races and grabbing alot of coins.

You can not do that but lots of coins and trying to get all first in the 150cc cups will help you unlock the characters

You can't unlock everything in one race. The best thing is to race in the 150cc cups and win every time and try to collect 10 coins in every race.
