How do you get all the golden parts?
1. Golden Steering Wheel
2. Golden Tires
3. Golden Car Body
4. Golden Glider?

1. 80%+ Using of Gyro sensor out of 100 races.
2. 1 star rank on all cups or 15,000 coins
3. 20,000 coins or 10,000 VR
4. 10,000 coins or 100 Streetpass Tags.

To get the golden steering wheel, you need to use the gyro mode in 80% of races.
To get the golden wheels, you need to get either a 1 star rank in all cups in all cc's or collect 15,000 coins.
To get the golden kart, you need to either get 10,000 VR or collect 20,000 coins.
To get the golden glider, you need to either get 100 streetpass tags or collect 10,000 coins.

I also never heard of a "Golden Steering Wheel".
