Question for Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon

I am in the treaturous mansion and Professor Egad wants me to get up to a pixilating screen how do I do this?

You have to stick the toads to the poltergust 5000 one by one and shoot them into the cages hanging from the statue in the inner courtyard. Then you have to beat the strong sneakers and the boo called Boopa Troopa. Then, just start the process over again, except this time, use a charged strobulb flash to flash the two green panels which should make a curved staircase rise up from the floor. Walk up the stairs with the two toads to the pixilator screen and activate it when both of the toads are next to it to send them two the bunker.
