The pattern is in the American brushes, and it is over laid on top so only part of the design shoes, the others used are in the basic brushes.

So far I've used the large American pattern for the small half circle pattern in the middle, the larger half circle pattern at the bottom, and then the Egyptian wing/oar pattern. The american pattern w/ red pyramids is layered at the bottom as well. Then in the basics it's the medium lines at top and the thin lines at the bottom, then I'm still stuck on the brick pattern. Part of it is the basic border but haven't figured out the other yet. I'm at two stars for the paint with that.

Medium thick vertical lines, for bricks : basic boxes, Egyptian bird neck, then in celtic you'll that single knot or chain that's the curve hill thing, again Egyptian butter knife patter, again bricks, then basic dot pattern and rest 2 American you'll find in American. It's repeated 5 times the red America pattern . Last is again basic vertical lines. Paint it with black. 5 stars.

Yes, it's the Celtic knot like one. The thick one. Layer it right and you get small half circles.
