Missing Freeplay Levels?

I've finished the story mode and am going back to get collectibles in freeplay. But some levels don't show up in the hubs! How do I get to Amon Hen and The Taming of Gollum?

You can access both the Skirmish at Amon Hen and Taming of Gollum from Lothlorien.
