What do you mean by fifth one? There is one out in the open, and to left become Luna Lovegood and put on the Specturespecs to inflate one. Use Ron, Hermione, or Ginny's pet get the key to open the closet to find the third one. On the right, use Lumos on the Devil's Snare and use Reducto on the weight to to find one, and use Reducto on two weights in the back to find the last one.
