My daughter feeds the turtle and then swims around as the turtle for a bit and then it still tells her to feed the turtle...any ideas?

After you open the chest you need to go to the marina to figure up some more treasure
To open the chest you need to use the Perls and the pillars.
There will be shells and inside the shells there are Perls the Perl's have different colours and so do the pillars.
Mach the colour of the Perl to the colour of the Pilar and BOOM! Go Bach to the chest and you can open it😀
