Where's the Terminal in the 3DS version? I looked at both the Garages and I saw no Terminal.

The terminal is inside the police station. I think.
Go in Le Police Station. It's the really big machine if you keep going forward. You'll know when you see it. If you want to buy red bricks, disguises, vehicles, or just view your rewards, go to the door to the left (first floor) and
EXPLORE! ...not much to explore :(
