Hello dear! You should make sure to be giving gifts to Iroha everyday, even simply a piece of lumber. By Fall 01 you should have the Ultra Blueprints. Hope I helped! It's not too late! Also make sure to give gifts (like flowers) to Hana, those two are really the only two that matter. She unlocks her husband's shop.
You can put the gardening space in the left bottom corner of your farm. If you have the blueprint shop then get iron, about five pieces. Then give Iroha scrap metal from the forest everyday, eventually she will give you the iron axe blueprints along with a few other blueprints. Hope I helped!!
All you have to do is give Iroha scrap metal, which you can find in the forest, everyday until you get the blueprints.
