When using action replay it ask you for the game id but I don't know what or where it's supposed to be or where I'm supposed to look to find it.so where can I find the game id and the hex version number?

You can't use an action replay on 3DS games. Only normal DS games played on the 3DS. You will have to wait for an action replay that works on 3DS games.
