I've looked all over starry falls but I can't seem to find it plus I don't know what part is the deepest spot in starry falls so if you guy's know where to find it let me know.

There is a place that is black with a rock if you go there just fall down and it should be around down there
After a while you'll come upon a ramp, just fall down. You'll fall down to this pool kind of place. Find a wall with 4 or 5 fossils on it and it should be there.
