How do you get the hair saloon because I've had her in the past animal crossing games but I can't seem to get her in this game HELP!!!

Shampoodle will begin construction after you've spent at least 10,000 bells total at the Able Sisters and Kicks (10,000 between the two, not 10,000 at each). Also, Kicks must be open for a minimum of seven days. It takes four days of construction for Shampoodle to open.
You can change your eye color in addition to your hair, but you must first have either changed your hair or gotten a Mii Mask, and Shampoodle must have been open for two weeks.
Kicks begins construction after ten days of game play, provided you've also spent at least 8,000 bells at the Able Sisters. It takes three days of construction.

To unlock Shampoodle, you need to spend 10,000 bells at Able Sisters and Kicks combined. (for example you could spend 7,000 at Able Sisters and 3,000 at Kicks) The hair salon takes about 3 or 4 days to finish construction.
