Many Pokemon in Pokemon X and Y have had their Stats updated. Pikachu is one of these Pokemon. Pikachu's Base Defense Stat has increased 10 Points, from 30 to 40. Its Base Special Defense Stat also increased by 10 Points, from 40 to 50. This really doesn't do much for Pikachu; it still can be 1 Hit KO with ease.
