Using Naruto start the Pervy Sage Training 1 mission and at the 'Battle Preparation' screen select 'Ninja Tools'. If you hold R and press A, Y you will get 258 EXP. Exit to the map and repeat the process as many times as you desire. This trick only works at Naruto Pervy Sage Training 1.
