Complete the 'Crazy Stupid Love', 'Advanced: Fleet Action', 'Advanced: Shipping Out', and 'Research: Kirin' quests.
Basarios:
Complete 'Swinging into Action', 'Kecha Wacha Wallop', and 'Research: Basarios' quests.
Yian Garuga:
Complete the 'Remobra Remedy' and 'Research: Yian Garuga' quests.
