So in Bluebell you can only get the following the Pet Playpen, Bee Hive(s), Yarn Maker, Cheese Maker, and Drink Maker.

In the town of Konohana your mainly raising crops so the things that you can only get while living in that town are Seed Maker, Flour Mill, Rice Paddy, Fermenter, and lastly the Fish Pond.
