If you scratch 300+ ladybugs on the 'Title' screen using the stylus you will get the astronaut super scratcher outfit on the 'Title' screen.
You will be able to view the secret ending when you have collected ALL 72 space treasures and then re-completed the final boss level in Story mode with Kokopolo.
