When using turbo (R Trigger) and someone grabs the puck from your controlled player, quickly hit Y and Your player will have his arms across his chest looking like he is going to hit, while holding Y, turn the way you want, 180 or whatever way. You must be going fast though. Your player will now go much faster while turning around if you use this.
