This option becomes available when you have completed the game. This feature allows you to replay any stage and fight any of the Bosses again.
The following special bonuses are only rewarded when you reach 100% completion rating.
Unlock Gold Wario Room and Throne:
Get 100% of ALL treasure to unlock the Gold Wario room and throne.
Unlock Final Song in Media Room (Ending):
Complete the missions 100%.
Complete the game once and then when you replay it just look for an area with the map symbol on it.
