Eternal Sonata PlayStation 3 Cheats and Tips

Listed below are the locations of the Score pieces which are used to perform musical sessions with the different NPC's. Many of the Score pieces are hidden and numbers 26-32 can only be obtained on Encore mode.

Score 1 - Agogo Village:

Small shrine by March's house.

Score 2 - Ft. Fermata:

Chest after boss fight.

Score 3 - Cantabile Inn:

Boat outside of inn.

Score 4 - Woodblock Groves:

Chest in North Center.

Score 5 - Andante:

Storage room near Sullen Melody.

Score 6 - Andante:

Pillar before the first bridge.

Score 7 - Baroque Ship:

Bedroom in the East Hallway.

Score 8 - Baroque Ship:

Barrel after Frederic cutscene.

Score 9 - Dolce's Ship:

Chest on 4th floor.

Score 10 - Baroque Castle:

Bedroom on 1st floor, east.

Score 11 - Baroque Castle:

Clock in 2nd floor room, east.

Score 12 - Baroque Inn:

Room on 2nd floor.

Score 13 - Baroque:

Snowman near entrance

Score 14 - Sharp Mts.:

2nd point, hole on the right

Score 15 - Sharp Mts:

Fireplace in lodge.

Score 16 - Wah Lava Caves:

Middle 3, chest.

Score 17 - Ritardando:

Bakery.

Score 18 - Ritardando:

Bakery.

Score 19 - Mandolin Church Catacombs:

Chest in east section.

Score 20 - Baroque Tavern:

Barrels after Dolce #3.

Score 21 - Celeste Forest:

From merchant.

Score 22 - Cowbell Heights:

Bottom of Cello tree.

Score 23 - Mysterious Unison:

Chest on 4th floor.

Score 24 - Mysterious Unison:

Chest on 9th floor.

Score 25 - Mysterious Unison:

Chest on 12th floor.

Score 26 - Tenuto:

Play SP 24 w/Easygoing Flat.

Score 27 - Heaven's Mirror Forest:

From squirrel in boss area.

Score 28 - Forte:

2nd floor of bar.

Score 29 - Forte:

Outside of inn.

Score 30 - Forte:

From old man near castle (must have spoken to granny in Chapter 4 in Baroque Inn).

Score 31 - Baroque:

Talk to woman in lower house, then help man in Sharp Mts.

Score 32 - Cabasa Bridge:

Play SP 19 with Disappointed Note, Chapter 7 only.

When you complete the following tasks during the game the corresponding exclusive PlayStation 3 unlockable will become available at the 'Main' menu.

Unlock Polka's Costume #1:

This costume can be found in Chapter 4 in one of the treasure chests of the second to last area in the 'Lament Mirror'.

Unlock Polka's Costume #2:

In Chapter 1 when Frederic joins Polka visit her home and after the mini-scene the costume will be on Polka's bed (this only works on the second playthrough).

Unlock Beat's Costume:

This costume is either found in a treasure chest where you fought the Bread Gang boss or by doing the side quest in Chapter 5 using Beat as your character.

Unlock Allegretto's Costume:

This costume can be found in Chapter 6 in one of the treasure chests in 'To Coda Ruins'.

Unlock Unlock Scrapbook:

Complete the events in 'The Church of EZI' and defeat the boss 'Great EZI' (this only works on the second playthrough).

If you take pictures of enemies with Beat's special skills you can then sell them to vendors and make lots of money, especially if the pictures are of bosses.

This feature becomes available when you complete the game once from your first play saving the data when you are prompted. When you then load the 'Saved Game' to begin a new game you will retain ALL the Score Pieces, Party Levels, Piano Music and Hero's Crest from the orignal play through. In New Game+ the enemies and bosses are stronger and tougher to defeat in battle and the ending can be viewed anytime after you load the 'Saved Game' data and select 'View Ending'. In the PlayStation 3 version any costumes you obtained for Polka, Allegretto and Beat will be carried over to the new game.
