Complete the following tasks in Arcade mode to unlock the corresponding playable characters.
Unlock Evil Nakoruru:
Complete Arcade mode with 3 characters to unlock Evil Nakoruru.
Unlock Rasetu:
Complete Arcade mode with 6 characters to unlock Rasetu.
Unlock Kim Wenchue:
Complete Arcade mode with 9 characters to unlock Kim Wenchue.
Unlock Matsuri Spirit:
Complete Arcade mode with 24 characters to unlock the Matsuri Spirit.
Unlock Animal Spirit:
Complete Arcade mode with ALL animal companions to unlock the Animal Spirit.
Unlock Unknown Spirit:
Complete Arcade mode with ALL Boss characters to unlock the Unknown Spirit.
Gallery and Survival Mode:
Complete Arcade mode with 1 character to unlock Gallery and Survival mode.
Unlock Kuroko:
Complete Arcade mode with 33 characters including Genjuro, Nicotine, Cham Cham and Sieger. Then press 'Start' + any button while highlighting any character to select him.
