Unlock All Levels Normally:

You can do this by completing the game once.

The games master save will show that milestone and will now enable you to choose the stage to start on from the 'title screen'

Hint: Will not apply to Continue - Load Games

Push the left analog stick forward then turn in a full circle it 3 times clockwise and then 3 tims anticlockwise. A new icon 'cheatmenu' should apper, select it to get alll cheats
