In order too get the dream mode teams for play you're going too have to beat it. An Easy way to beat it is create a team with only created players. Max out there abilities for every player[includeing the goalie].Then you shouldn't have as much as a hard time beating the mode.
Unlock Everything:
Create a new profile and input the word 'LuvLeafs' to unlock all cheats, trophies and logos.
