After Mark leaves your apartment go to the warehouse. When you get there you will be looking at a truck.
Do not stand there for over fifteen seconds or one of the bad guys will sneak up behind you and kill you.
Go up to the truck and get in. Do not turn the truck's engine on. Turn right and open the glove compartment. Get the piece of paper.
Turn right again and get out.
Though it starts of complicated it gets more interesting the further in 2 the game.
