When you beat Arcade mode the indicated amount of times the corresponding character will become an available option in the game.
Unlock Saya:
Beat Arcade mode once.
Unlock Henri:
Beat Arcade mode 2 times.
Unlock Ignis:
Beat Arcade mode 3 times.
Unlock Kaigen:
Beat Arcade mode 4 times.
Unlock Anna:
Beat Arcade mode 5 times.
Unlock Another Blood:
Beat Arcade mode 6 times.
Unlock Saber:
Beat Arcade mode 12 times.
When you beat the game the Ending CG movie of the character that you used becomes an available option at the 'Extra' menu.
