When you win a tournament with over 9 million points you will be able to play against the evil Dr. Robotnik in the special stage.

Unlock Mini-Game Score Attack Modes

When you have beaten ALL the Missions on a mini-game the Score Attack mode for that particular mini-game will become unlocked.
