Collect ALL the Die-O-Ramas.

Talk to the Astro Land worker near the Stunt Arena and buy the costume for 4,000 Coins.
Unlock Evil Crash Costume:
Find Cortex on Mystery Island and Look behind him and you will find an owl-shaped lamp. When you Use the body-slam switch the lamp will raise. When the cave appears enter it and go to the right. On top of the small island pay the drone 2,000 coins.
