Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo Cheats and Tips

Unlock Akuma:

At the 'Character Selection' screen highlight Morrigan as player 1 and press Left, Down, Left, Down, Left, Down and then hold Left and press any button. As player 2 highlight Felicia at the 'Character Selection' screen and press Right, Down, Right, Down, Right, Down and then hold Right and press any button.

Unlock Dan:

At the 'Character Selection' screen highlight Morrigan as player 1 and hold 'Start' and press Down 13 times followed by any button. As player 2 repeat the same code but with Felicia highlighted.

Unlock Devilot:

At the 'Player Selection' screen highlight Morrigan as player 1 and hold 'Start' and press Down 13 times. Then when the timer reaches 10 seconds press any button. As player 2 repeat the same code but with Felicia highlighted.

Unlock Akuma as a Playable Character:

At the 'Character Selection' screen highlight Ryu for 3 seconds and then highlight T. Hawk. Pause for 3 seconds and then press Left to highlight Guile. Wait for 3 seconds and press Down, Left to highlight Cammy. Pause for three seconds and Press Left, Up to highlight Ryu. Pause 3 seconds and press HP + MP + LP + Start. If you have entered the code correctly a shadow will appear in place of Ryu as confirmation of correct code entry.

Unlock Dan as a Playable Character:

At the 'Character Select' screen highlight Morrigan (Player 2 highlights Felicia) and press and hold the 'Start' button. Then press Down 13 times on the joystick and press any button.

Unlock Devilot as a Playable Character:

At the 'Character Select' screen highlight Morrigan (Player 2 highlights Felicia) and press and hold the 'Start' button. Then press Down 13 times on the joystick and wait for the timer to reach 10 seconds. When the timer reaches 10 seconds press any button.
